I am interested in innovative ways of making, and applying procedural and parametric workflows to product design.
I have recently completed a Master of Design Innovation at Victoria University of Wellington. The focus of my research is multimaterial 3D printing, and tailoring novel material properties for customised sporting applications.
In 2022, I completed a Bachelor of Design Innovation, majoring in Industrial Design. My capstone project focused on designing a 3D printed sensor-based workout device.
Past experiences include two summer research positions working on parametrically designed pentamode and auxetic meta materials.
Originally from Germany, I grew up in Wellington, New Zealand, where I currently reside. Outside of design, my interests include photography, cycling, and tramping.
I am looking to gain professional experience in a full-time role, and am open to relocating.
